Bonnie's Homecoming: From Charlie

I don't have any photos to share, but Bonnie's house looked very festive when she arrived home Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, all the emotion of the day caused a migraine for Bonnie, so she spent the remainder resting in bed, but it was her own bed, so she was grateful! Alicia Sanguinetti and I went over to lay in bed with her that evening, just catching up, and Mike was taking inventory in the kitchen and provided Bonnie with her menu options. I hear he makes a mean blueberry pancake!

Yesterday, Bonnie and I ran a few errands, but the rain and gusting wind shortened our plans, as it was very difficult to get around. True to form, Bonnie looked amazing and completely put together for a trip to the post office, book store, and dry cleaner. Getting out and doing all the mundane things is an adventure and physical challenge for her, but she's getting out, and with a smile on her face.

We're just happy she's here, happy she's home, and looking forward to celebrating the holidays with the entire Tonneson family!
